OVERVIEW:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years' litigation experience and significant expertise in Contentious Probate matters. You will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, undertaking early case assessments, carrying out legal research, drafting pleadings and court documentation, preparing matters for hearings, conferences and mediations, and ensuring compliance with all procedural and court deadlines. The role requires the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice on sensitive and often complex disputes, demonstrating empathy, professionalism and exceptional client care throughout the litigation process. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident managing their own workload while working collaboratively within a supportive and experienced team.
