Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and Support: Lead a team of housing officers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with clients, community organisations, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to housing solutions. • Monitor Performance: Oversee the performance of housing officers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while identifying areas for improvement. • Crisis Management: Respond to housing emergencies and assist in the development of contingency plans to support vulnerable populations. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes of housing initiatives.
