Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor (Band 6) Location: Lancashire and South Cumbria (Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, Hyndburn, Wyre, West Lancashire & South Lakeland) Pay rate: £21.57 per hour Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) orpart-time (24+ hours considered) Contract: Flexible Bank / temporary placement Make a difference in patient care across your community As a continuing healthcare nurse assessor, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive the right care and funding support at the right time. Working across a range of settings, you will assess complex patient needs, contribute to funding decisions and support high-quality, fair and consistent care planning.
