Job description

Would you be interesting in joining a company where you would be responsible in ensuring tasks are running smoothly? We're seeking a proactive Contracts Coordinator to join a busy, friendly team where no two days are the same. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and making sure customers receive a first-class service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating customer orders from quotation through to delivery, working closely with suppliers, customers and colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. No previous contracts experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent service. What You'll Be Doing • Preparing accurate customer quotations. • Sourcing products from a range of suppliers. • Processing purchase orders and monitoring delivery schedules. • Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams via phone and email. • Responding to product enquiries and resolving any issues. • Keeping customers updated throughout the order process. • Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met. • Helping to achieve and exceed customer service and contract performance targets. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in an office-based, customer-focused or administrative role. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to deadlines. • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach. • Confident IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office. • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. Experience within sales support, internal sales, administration, purchasing, customer service or a coordination role would be highly advantageous, although full training will be provided. Industry experience is beneficial but by no means essential. If you're looking for a varied role where you can develop your skills, work with a supportive team and make a real impact every day, we'd love to hear from you. Additional Information Due to the high volume of applications we expect to receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant individually. If you have not heard from us within 5 working days of submitting your application, please assume your application has not been successful.
