Conveyancing Fee Earner | Hybrid Working | Low Volume Caseload | No Billing Targets Manchester | 3 Days Working from Home | Circa £45,000 DOE An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer or experienced Conveyancing Executive to join a well-established and highly respected law firm with a reputation for employee retention and work-life balance. This is a replacement position within a stable and supportive team, offering a genuinely manageable caseload with no expectation of high-volume conveyancing or aggressive billing targets. The Role:You will be responsible for handling a specialist Residential Conveyancing caseload involving properties that have been acquired through repossession and are being sold on. The work includes a mix of: • Freehold sales • Leasehold sales • Shared ownership transactions • Repossessed property sales Unlike many traditional conveyancing roles, you will only manage a specific stage of the transaction, allowing you to focus on delivering a high-quality service rather than juggling files from instruction through to completion. The workload is equivalent to approximately 40–50 live matters, making this one of the most manageable conveyancing caseloads available. About You:Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience as a: • Conveyancing Fee Earner • Residential Conveyancer • Licensed Conveyancer • Conveyancing Solicitor • Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) • Experienced Conveyancing Assistant ready to step into a fee-earning role You should have experience handling Residential Property transactions and be looking for a role that offers long-term stability, quality work and an excellent work-life balance.
