Continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a supportive and collaborative team in a fully remote capacity. Role Summary With a fully remote working model, uncapped bonus potential, and above-market remuneration, the role offers both flexibility and long-term career prospects within a growing residential property team. Key Responsibilities • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing excellent client service throughout • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other residential property transactions, developing broad technical experties. • Maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, brokers, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters Requirements • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner • Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team, we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
