You’ll join a team of experienced property solicitors and conveyancers, many of whom come from well-established and reputable law firms. This is a perfect role for a motivated individual looking to take the next step in their conveyancing career, with excellent career progression prospects and early responsibility for your own caseload and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Managing sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity
• Providing an efficient, client-focused service with regular client updates
• Working closely with colleagues and supporting the wider team when required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Licensed Conveyancer (qualification preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
