Locum Residential Conveyancer Location: Mansfield Rate: £45.00 - £50.00 per hour Contract: Locum Assignment Dates: Monday 3rd August - Friday 19th August CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a long-established and highly regarded law firm in Mansfield, who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their busy Property Department on a short-term basis to provide holiday cover. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team, taking over an existing caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision. The Role • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. • Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties. • Providing a seamless handover and ensuring continuity of service throughout the assignment. About You Applications are welcomed from: • Qualified Solicitors • Licensed Conveyancers • Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) • Experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners To be successful, you will have: • Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. • The ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. • Excellent communication and client care skills. • Availability from Monday 3rd August to Friday 19th August.
