The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. Applicants should have experience working independently, strong knowledge of conveyancing compliance and anti-money laundering regulations, excellent client care skills, and confidence using IT systems and online property portals.
