Corporate Solicitor – Hybrid Working Eastbourne – East Sussex A leading and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Commercial & Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate & Commercial team in Eastbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE to work on high-quality corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, refinancing, shareholder agreements, joint ventures and commercial contracts. The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative team with immediate exposure to an established client base and varied workload. The ideal applicant will have experience managing corporate transactions with minimal supervision, strong drafting and communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
