Job Title: Corporate & Commercial Wealth Advisor Location: London The Opportunity An established UK financial institution is looking to appoint a Wealth Advisor to support its business banking client base. This role sits within a well-regarded private client advisory function and offers the chance to work with an established book of high-value relationships, in an organisation investing heavily in modernizing how it serves its customers. You'll take on responsibility for a portfolio of affluent clients, offering tailored financial guidance and building relationships that last. This is a role for someone who enjoys getting to know their clients properly, understanding what matters to them financially, and being the person they turn to first. What the role involves • Building and looking after a portfolio of higher-value client relationships, with a focus on long-term retention • Giving regulated financial advice suited to each client's individual circumstances and goals • Spotting changes in a client's situation early and adapting your advice accordingly • Keeping your knowledge of financial products, markets and planning solutions current and client-relevant • Working to grow the overall value and depth of your portfolio over time • Ensuring all client records and advice documentation meet internal and regulatory standards What we're looking for • Proven, recent experience giving financial or investment advice to clients • Confidence advising on wealth planning tools and strategies for higher-net-worth individuals • Broad awareness of the financial services and banking landscape • Background in a regulated advisory environment, ideally with exposure to risk and compliance frameworks • A recognized investment qualification at QCF Level 4 or above — essential • Comfortable using financial planning and CRM software day-to-day • Working understanding of compliance obligations, including Consumer Duty • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills • Someone who's positive about change and adapts well to it On offer • Strong holiday allowance • Car allowance • Private medical cover • Life assurance and income protection • Employee share ownership scheme • Well-being programme covering physical, mental, social and financial health • Enhanced leave for life events (parental, family, etc.) • Hybrid working pattern, office-based several days per week
