Description
The Corporate Finance Associate role will have broad responsibilities supporting the team with transactions and advisory work.
Responsibilities will include:
• Performing detailed research and analysis on businesses; producing reports and communicating key findings
• Supporting to manage the transaction process
• Identifying key issues on transactions and supporting in planning for potential outcomes and solutions
• Preparation of Funding packs, information memorandums and business plans
• Financial modelling for sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Participating in networking and supporting with business development
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with previous experience gained in a professional services firm (audit, accountancy or advisory). Previous M&A or Transactions experience is not required, however candidates should be looking to progress their career in Corporate finance and have excellent communication skills, enjoying working as part of a team and directly with clients.
