Job description

This Corporate Finance Senior role in Maidstone offers an opportunity to work in the accounting practice industry for a top 20 accountancy firm. The role includes Corporate Finance engagements across both Transaction Support and Advisory. Client Details Our client is a top 20 accountancy firm in Maidstone. They are an award winning accountancy firm and offer exceptional service to their client base. Description • Assist in the planning and execution of due diligence assignments. • Communicate effectively with clients and other internal departments • Prepare information request lists. • Cross refers and check disclosed information. • Prepare comprehensive data book analysis based on financial information received. • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information and documentation. • Critically evaluate the information received and identify and explain trends and outliers. • Assist in the preparation and delivery of well-structured and concise due diligence reports. Profile • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent). • Experience in corporate finance, or experience in audit with a desire to break in to corporate finance work. • Strong technical skills, including financial modelling and valuations. • Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders. • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
