Corporate Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, delivering compliance and advisory services • Review corporation tax computations and returns prepared by the team • Provide advice on tax planning matters including R&D claims and restructurings • Mentor and support the development of junior tax staff • Act as the main point of contact for clients and HMRC on tax matters Requirements • CTA or ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent experience) • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment • Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
