Corporate Tax Solicitor, 3+ PQE, Birmingham, Top International Law Firm, £DOE + Excellent Benefits A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Tax Solicitor to join the Birmingham office of a leading international law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising on complex, high-value transactions. This is a chance to become part of a collaborative and highly regarded tax team acting for an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients. Working closely with corporate, private equity, real estate and banking teams, you will advise on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, private equity investments and financing transactions. You will also have the opportunity to support on international tax matters, group reorganisations and wider strategic tax planning projects. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate tax team and will have experience of advising on transactional tax matters. You will enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, be commercially aware and possess excellent technical and communication skills. Experience gained within a national, international or highly regarded regional practice will be considered.
