Solicitor/Legal Executive – Court of Protection | Top 200 Law Firm | Lincolnshire Location: Flexible across Lincolnshire offices Salary: Competitive, based on experience Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.15pm) Join a leading Top 200 UK law firm with a strong presence across Lincolnshire and a reputation for excellence in client care, legal expertise and community engagement. Seeking a skilled and compassionate Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a growing Court of Protection team. The Role: You will manage a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters, ensuring all legal processes are handled with precision, empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: • Draft and submit Deputyship Applications, liaising with the Court of Protection • Manage client files from initial enquiry through to resolution • Visit clients and liaise with Deputies, Attorneys, care homes and professionals • Handle routine correspondence and maintain accurate records • Oversee the general management of clients’ personal and financial affairs A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is required, as client visits are an essential part of the role.
