The Role: What You'll DoAs a Cover Supervisor, no two days are the same. You will be the steady hand that keeps the classroom moving forward by: • Delivering engaging lessons planned by the class teacher during their absence. • Keeping pupils focused, motivated, and inspired to learn. • Managing classroom behavior effectively, in line with the school's policy. • Lending a helping hand with lunch and break duties when needed. • Prioritising student well-being by reporting any safeguarding concerns to the SENCO.
