The Ideal Candidate The successful Cover Supervisor will have: • A degree or relevant experience working with young people. • Strong classroom presence and excellent communication skills. • Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students. • A calm, organised, and adaptable approach. • A genuine interest in education. • Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
