Credit Control Administrator

We are working with an excellent, well-established client who is looking for a confident individual to join their Credit Control team as a Credit Control Administrator. This is ideal for someone who has any background in finance or some credit control experience confident dealing with suppliers and happy to take on a credit control role. What’s on offer • Salary circa £26 000 - £26 500 • Contracted role with potential of going permanent • Hybrid after probation • Incentive schemes • Exclusive range of high street discounts Duties & responsibilities • Provide invoices and statements to customers • Monitor customer credit limits and spend and obtain credit reports when required • Process direct debits and take card payments • Collect overdue debt and ensuring customer spend is within the credit limits provided to reduce the risk of potential bad debt for the business. • Manage a portfolio of various accounts and liaising with both internal and external customers to resolve day to day queries. Skills & Experience • Recent previous experience as Finance Admin, Finance Assistant, Credit Controller, Debt Collection • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Excellent communication skills • Confident dealing with suppliers / clients • Able to start as soon as possible DisclaimerDue to the large number of applications we receive, we may not be able to respond to every applicant.
