Credit Control Clerk-Part TimePermanent | Part Time (20 Hours) | Leicester | Hybrid £27-27,500 FTE (Pro Rata) + Monthly Bonus Looking for a part-time opportunity that offers flexibility, variety and long-term stability? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, market-leading organisation for a Assistant Litigation Controller (credit Control) to join its friendly Transactional Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with Credit Control experience who enjoys problem-solving and customer interaction and would like to develop their experience within litigation and debt recovery. The RoleWorking closely with the Credit Control team, you'll support the legal debt recovery process, ensuring customer accounts are managed accurately and professionally. Key responsibilities include: • Managing customer accounts through the litigation process. • Preparing legal documentation and maintaining accurate records. • Liaising with solicitors, enforcement agents and internal stakeholders. • Processing insurance and insolvency claims. • Handling complex customer accounts and resolving queries. • Supporting departmental KPIs and maintaining strong financial controls. Previous litigation experience isn't essential. If you have solid Credit Control experience and are keen to learn, full training will be provided. About YouYou'll ideally have: • Previous Credit Control experience. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Excellent attention to detail and organisation. • A proactive, customer-focused approach. • Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
