Credit Control Manager Aylesford, Kent Up to £35,000 per annum Full-time | Permanent | Office-based The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive credit professional to take ownership of the credit control function and lead from the front. Key Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the day-to-day credit control function • Lead, motivate, and develop the credit control team • Monitor aged debt and implement effective collection strategies • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments • Review and improve existing credit control processes and procedures • Allocate cash, reconcile accounts, and resolve complex queries • Produce regular reports on debtor performance and KPIs • Work closely with senior management to reduce risk and improve cash flow About You • Proven experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role, ideally at a supervisory or management level • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Confident working with finance systems and Excel • Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience • Full-time, office-based role in Aylesford • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the credit control function • Supportive and friendly team environment Apply Now If you’re a motivated Credit Control professional ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
