Credit Control Manager

Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: • Managing and developing a team of two experienced Credit Controllers • Driving the development and implementation of a new credit control platform • Handling customer excess disputes and supporting invoice adjustments • Overseeing daily BACS postings across multiple remits • Reconciling accounts and supporting new account transitions and rate changes • Leading projects such as the rollout of HubSpot and workflow automation • Resolving complex account queries, including those up to litigation • Building more efficient processes and supporting transformation initiatives What you will need: • Previous experience in a similar role (Senior Credit Controller, Credit Control Team Leader, Credit Manager, Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable Manager) • Strong background in high-volume, low-value credit control environments • Proven ability to upskill and motivate teams, ideally with transformation project experience • Down-to-earth, approachable style with excellent people management skills • QBE or equivalent experience • Confident using Sage InTact and intermediate Excel skills What you will get: • Hybrid working – 3 days from home, 2 in the office • Flexible working hours • 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays • Discounted spa days • On-site parking • A genuinely supportive, people-first culture that values your input and work-life balance If you would like to find out more about this role, please apply with your CV or LinkedIn PDF.
