This is an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join a reputable business in the retail industry, based in Guildford. The role involves managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships. Description • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely collection of payments. • Resolve queries related to outstanding invoices in a professional and efficient manner. • Prepare regular financial reports and updates on debtors for senior management. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications. • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to address account discrepancies. • Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain positive relationships. • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. • Support the wider accounting and finance department as needed.
