Credit Controller

Credit Controller | initial 3-month contract (immediate start) | up to £34,000 per annum Altum Consulting are partnering with a life sciences business to appoint an experienced Credit Controller on an initial 3-month contract. This role sits within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where delivering an exceptional B2C experience is paramount. Key Responsibilities • Manage credit control processes, including chasing overdue payments via phone • Handle customer queries and resolve payment issues efficiently and professionally • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate customer records • Proactively collect outstanding funds while maintaining strong customer relationships • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency • Support month-end activities and reporting as required Skills & Experience • 2-3 years' experience in credit control or accounts receivable, ideally within a B2C environment • Strong reconciliation skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to balance collections with a premium customer experience • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar For further information on this new role please contact Anya Keinzley on the attached details.
