Crew Member

We're looking for energetic, reliable and friendly Crew Members to join the team at Bunchies Lunar Park Birmingham. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love great food and thrive on delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you. As a Crew Member, you'll play a key role in preparing fresh food, serving customers, maintaining high hygiene standards and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest. Whether you're taking orders, preparing fresh food and drinks, or keeping the venue running smoothly during busy periods, you'll be an important part of the team. This is a paid role with opportunities to develop your skills and progress within a growing business. Duties • Welcome customers with a positive attitude and provide outstanding customer service. • Take customer orders accurately using our till and payment systems. • Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company recipes and quality standards. • Ensure every order is presented correctly and delivered promptly. • Maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and customer areas. • Keep workstations stocked, organised and ready for service. • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure fast, efficient service during busy periods. • Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally and escalate where necessary. • Follow all food safety, health & safety and company procedures. • Assist with opening, closing and daily cleaning duties. • Support with stock rotation and basic inventory checks. Qualifications & Skills • Previous experience in hospitality, fast food or customer service is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided. • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy, fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety and presentation. • Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and event days. • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
