Duty Criminal Defence Solicitor | NQ+ | West Midlands | Full-Time or Part-Time | Competitive Salary (DOE) The Opportunity A well-established and highly regarded criminal defence firm in the West Midlands is looking to appoint a Duty Criminal Defence Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven solicitor seeking hands-on criminal defence work, advocacy exposure, and long-term career development within a supportive and reputable practice. The Role You will handle a broad range of criminal defence matters, including police station attendance, magistrates’ court advocacy, and preparation of cases for the Crown Court. The role includes participation in the duty solicitor rota and offers exposure to a varied and consistently busy caseload.
