£45,000 - £60,000
Macclesfield (3 days a week on-site)
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRO Manager to take ownership of conversion rate optimisation and experimentation within a growing digital business. Joining at a pivotal stage, you will have the chance to shape the CRO function, influence strategy, and deliver measurable commercial impact across multiple customer journeys and digital products.

As they continue to expand, they are bringing conversion rate optimisation in-house, creating a unique opportunity for someone to establish best practices, drive experimentation, and help build a high-performing optimisation function.
THE ROLE
As a CRO Manager, you will lead CRO strategy across multiple digital brands, products, and acquisition funnels, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
• Owning the CRO and experimentation roadmap across multiple digital products
• Designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate testing programmes
• Developing hypotheses based on user behaviour, analytics, and business objectives
• Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience
• Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to implement test plans
• Measuring, reporting, and communicating the commercial impact of experimentation
• Establishing CRO frameworks, processes, and best practices
• Supporting the future growth and development of the internal CRO capability
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful CRO Manager will have the following skills and experience:
• Strong commercial experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation
• Proven success running A/B testing programmes and delivering measurable results
• Expertise in hypothesis development, test design, and optimisation methodologies
• Experience using experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Convert.com, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behaviour and performance data
• Confident communicating insights and influencing stakeholders across the business
• Experience within lead generation, ecommerce, digital marketing, or performance-driven environments is advantageous

• Salary between £45,000 - £60,000 - depending on experience
