Curriculum Manager

Interim Curriculum Manager – Health & Childcare Location: London Contract: Interim (17th August – 30th September) We are currently seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager – Health & Childcare to join a college in East London on an interim basis. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, development, and quality of Health & Childcare provision, including programmes such as Level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care and T Levels. Key responsibilities: • Lead and manage Health & Childcare curriculum delivery • Drive quality improvement and student outcomes • Line manage and support teaching staff • Monitor KPIs including retention, achievement and progress • Oversee timetabling, staffing and learner performance • Deliver approximately 12 hours teaching per week The ideal candidate will have: • Curriculum leadership experience within FE • A background in Health & Social Care and/or Childcare • A recognised teaching qualification (or working towards) • Strong understanding of quality standards, Ofsted and KPI performance • Experience improving teaching, learning and assessment If you’re available from mid-August and ready to make an immediate impact, we’d love to hear from you.
