Description • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information and support to customers on a variety of enquiries. • Log and maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system. • Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the relevant department. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions. • Work closely with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service standards. • Meet or exceed performance targets set by the customer service department. • Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback to management.
