About the role As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel listened to, supported and valued. You'll help manage customer feedback and complaints, working with colleagues across the organisation to find solutions and improve services for the 35,000+ people who call a PCH home. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm What you'll be doing As part of our Customer Care Team, you'll: • Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and empathetic service. • Support customers through our feedback and complaints process. • Record, monitor and manage customer information accurately. • Work closely with teams across PCH to help resolve enquiries and improve outcomes. • Produce clear, helpful and customer-focused written correspondence. • Support a range of administrative activities that help keep the team running smoothly. • Contribute to improving the customer journey and helping us deliver outstanding service.
