What's in it for you? • Competitive salary plus a weekly performance bonus (up to £95 per week based on driving standards and customer feedback) • Monday to Friday working – enjoy your weekends! • Life Assurance • Access to Medicash, offering savings on a wide range of healthcare services • Up to 50% colleague discount on Bensons for Beds products • A supportive team environment with opportunities to develop your career What you'll be doing • Delivering beds, mattresses and furniture safely into customers' homes • Assembling products in the customer's room of choice • Providing friendly, professional customer service on every delivery • Working as part of a two-person delivery team • Using a handheld PDA to manage deliveries and complete delivery records • Driving safely and carrying out daily vehicle checks • Taking pride in representing the Bensons for Beds brand What we're looking for • A full UK driving licence • Previous experience driving a commercial van is preferred • Excellent customer service and communication skills • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team • Confidence lifting and manoeuvring heavy furniture (manual handling experience is essential) • Comfortable using handheld devices or PDAs (desirable) • Someone who takes pride in delivering a fantastic customer experience from start to finish Please note: For insurance purposes, applicants must be 21 years of age or over.
