Customer Service Administrator Bristol (Emersons Green area) £28,000 - £32,000 Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm I'm currently working with a growing business in Bristol that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer interaction and problem-solving. The Role • Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email • Handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner • Investigating queries and working to find effective solutions • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to support service delivery • Processing customer information and maintaining accurate records • Supporting general administration, including onboarding and account management What We're Looking For • Previous experience in customer service and administration • Strong complaint handling and objection-handling skills • Confident telephone manner and ability to manage challenging conversations • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer • Salary of £28,000-£32,000 • Early finish every Friday • Opportunity to join a growing team with long-term progression If you're looking for a role where you can combine customer service, administration, and problem-solving, please apply or get in touch for more information.
