We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy helping customers and delivering outstanding service. Key Duties • Provide first-class customer support via email and live chat. • Respond to customer enquiries across social media channels. • Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. • Update customer records using internal systems. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction. Requirements • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, a contact centre, call centre, retail or hospitality. • Excellent written communication skills. • Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems. • Positive attitude with strong attention to detail. • Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach. • Availability to start on 22nd July. Working Hours • 37.5 hours per week. • 9am-5:30pm. • 1-hour unpaid lunch. • Monday-to-Friday training for the first two weeks. • Following training, work 5 days out of 7, including one weekend day. • Saturday or Sunday preference can be discussed but cannot be guaranteed.
