Customer Service Advisor Red Recruitment is recruiting enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our client in TQ10 9GQ as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, processing orders, resolving queries and delivering an excellent customer experience across a range of well-known client accounts. This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. Benefits and Package for Customer Service Advisor: • Salary: £12.71 Per Hour • Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm (working one weekend day each week with a weekday off on a set rota) • Contract: Temporary with potential to become permanent • Location: TQ10 9GQ • Start Date: ASAP • Competitive holiday allowance • Opportunity to progress personally and professionally • Achievable targets Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Advisor: • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email • Process orders, enquiries and customer requests accurately and efficiently • Take inbound calls in a friendly, professional and informative manner • Make outbound calls to businesses and consumers when required • Assist customers with product information, order queries and returns processes • Escalate complex issues to the senior customer service team when appropriate • Accurately update customer records and maintain the company database • Complete a range of administrative tasks to support the customer service function • Manage customer accounts from quotation through to payment follow-up • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a variety of client accounts Key Skills and Experience of Customer Service Advisor: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach • Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure • Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload • A quality and service-focused attitude • Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable If you have the relevant skills and experience and are interested in the position as a Customer Service Advisor, please apply now!
