Customer Service Assistant

Do you thrive in a customer-focused environment? We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our client's busy team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a key role in supporting service users, visitors, and colleagues while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre. You will be a welcoming point of contact, assisting with enquiries and helping to create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised environment. Duties: • Providing support to service users and helping with enquiries • Managing practical tasks such as processing payments, booking transport and handling deliveries • Carrying out administrative duties including answering phones, maintaining records, and supporting general office duties • Assisting with the running of the centre • Creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using internal systems Requirements: • Strong customer service and communication skills • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently • Previous administration experience would be beneficial • Ability to commit to a 4-month temporary assignment Please apply for further information and a chance to be considered!
