Customer Service Coordinator - Temp to Perm Opportunity Monday - Thursday 08:30am - 17:15, Friday 08:30am - 16:00pm £13.00 - £14.00 per hour Based in Staines, TW18 Are you a customer-focused professional with strong administration skills and experience working with CRM systems? We are recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll play a key role in managing customer queries, coordinating repairs and maintenance works, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout their warranty period. • Log, track, and manage customer-reported issues using Salesforce or a similar CRM system. • Coordinate appointments with customers, contractors, and internal teams. • Make proactive outbound calls to provide updates and drive swift resolutions. • Handle incoming customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Work closely with colleagues and external suppliers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. • Arrange inspections and remedial works with subcontractors. • Follow up with customers to ensure work has been completed and satisfaction levels are met. • Process monthly operative expenses. • Liaise with housing associations and other stakeholders to log and resolve reported issues. • Conduct scheduled customer welfare and satisfaction check-in calls. About You • Previous experience in a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, or similar role. • Experience using Salesforce CRM or another customer management system. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Customer-focused, professional, and empathetic approach. • Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. • A team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and external partners.
