Duties: • Managing and developing strong relationships with clients ensuring that you are exceeding standards and needs are met. • Taking client telephone calls with excellent phone manner and a level of professionalism dealing with any inquiries or handling any issues effectively. • Actively utilising the system to track/manage client accounts and prepare reports. • Responding to any email inquiries ensuring timely communication. • Creating rapport with clients to build long lasting and solid relationships. The ideal candidate: • Previous office experience within a similar role. • Excellent communication skills whether its via telephone or email. • Able to be personable and create long lasting relationships. • Can multitask and exhibit high organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel. • Hold a problem-solving attitude. • High level of attention to detail.
