Our goal is to continue our incredible growth and build on our reputation as a leading supplier of professional quality tools at affordable prices whilst offering our customers an outstanding service. • Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, online messaging and in person in our showroom • To liaise with other team members and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction • Analyse and deal with customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions • Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate • Requirements: • Good English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy • Proficient in data entry and able to navigate computer systems efficiently • Must be able to work as part of our highly motivated and successful team • Previous customer service experience is not essential, (as full training will be provided), but would be an advantage.
