Customer Service Representative Winnersh, Reading | Hybrid (3 days in the office) We’re looking for a confident and driven Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing digital platform in the automotive space. This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing team, supporting customers through a seamless online sales journey. What’s on offer • £30,000 basic salary + commission (OTE £42,000) • Hybrid working (3 days in the office) • 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern (Mon–Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working • Private healthcare, pension and life assurance • Enhanced annual leave + option to buy more • Company share options and strong progression opportunities • Work-from-abroad flexibility and generous learning & development budget The role You’ll manage your own pipeline of customers looking to sell their vehicles, supporting them from start to finish. This includes reviewing listings, providing guidance, handling objections and delivering a smooth, positive experience across phone, email and digital channels.
