Customer Service Specialist

You would be providing Customer support to ensure all needs are met and resolutions reached efficiently and effectively. Role details: Job Title: Customer Contact Specialist Work Location: Abingdon Contract Type: 12 months Start Date: ASAP Salary: £29,250 per annum Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) Duties and Responsibilities: • Managing customer queries via multiple communication channels • Organising service bookings for occupational health services • Coordination of clinics, managing schedules, and appointments • Liaising with suppliers to ensure clinics run successfully • Administrative support Person Specification: • Experience within customer service, preferably in appointment scheduling or support • Strong with using CRM systems • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook • Organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively If this sounds like the role for you, please don't hesitate to apply today!
