Customer Service Team Members Sutton £12.71 p/hour Weekly paid every Thursday Mon-Fri Paid holiday Pension enrolment after 12 weeks Our client is looking for between 3-5 individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes. The Individuals: • Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Sutton • Must have previous customer service experience • Confident communicators both verbal and written • Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets • Strong work ethic and a team player The Role: • Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations • Updating internal systems • Escalating complaints to relevant departments • Ongoing temporary position until 31 December 2026 currently Please note, this is not a short term temporary assignment, so please check out our website for shorter term bookings.
