Customer Success Engineer - Didcot - £Competitive

A specialist technology business is seeking a hands-on Customer Success Engineer to support advanced technical systems used in leading research environments worldwide. This is a varied, customer-facing role involving installation, troubleshooting, training, and global travel, working closely with end users to ensure complex systems are performing effectively. As Customer Success Engineer Key responsibilities: * Install, commission, and test technical systems on-site and remotely * Provide customer training and ongoing support * Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues * Manage support cases through to resolution * Work with engineering teams on escalations * Travel internationally to customer sites (up to 50%) Experience required: * Experience in technical support, service, or hands-on engineering * Comfortable with test equipment and Windows/Linux systems * Strong communicator and problem solver * Bonus: experience in scientific, imaging, or precision equipment environments If you're looking for a hands-on role with international travel and exposure to cutting-edge technology, we'd love to hear from you.
