Customs Broker / Customer Service Coordinator Logistics & Supply Chain | £26,000 (DOE) Are you looking to build a long-term career in international shipping and logistics? The Opportunity Working within a fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational procedures. This is a role where attention to detail, communication, and customer focus are essential. Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, managing their logistics and customs requirements • Ensure all customer instructions are captured and processed accurately in line with SOPs and internal procedures • Support updates to procedures and documentation when service requirements change • Liaise closely with internal teams, global colleagues, and external stakeholders • Respond promptly and effectively to queries from customers, customs authorities, and internal departments • Attend customer meetings where required and contribute to service delivery improvements About You • Some experience in logistics, supply chain, or customs is ideal — but not essential (full training provided) • A genuine interest in international trade, shipping, or customs brokerage • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • Highly organised with strong time management skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Why Apply?
