As Engineering Lead (Cyber) you’ll architect and scale the offensive security infrastructure behind the platform while leading and growing engineers across the world What you’ll be doing: • Leading and mentoring the Cyber Engineering team • Defining the future direction of the cyber engineering function • Architecting the offensive security infrastructure that processes huge volumes of data and identifies enterprise-scale vulnerabilities in real time • Driving R&D that pushes offensive security forward, replicating adversary tactics at scale What they’re looking for: • 5+ years as a hands-on engineering leader – player-coach mindset • Track record managing engineers and scaling teams globally • Background in an early-stage B2B startup focused on enterprise clients • Experience building and deploying offensive security solutions with deep understanding of adversary TTPs • Architecting and scaling cloud-based systems for intensive data processing • Strong code in Python and Go, at internet-wide scale
