Leatherhead, Surrey (Hybrid – 2–3 Days per Week in the Office) 6 month contract What's on Offer? • Basic PAYE rate:£378.09 per day + holiday pay £45.00 = £424.00 a day • Holiday pay after 12 weeks £56.86 per day • Hybrid working. • Initial three days per week in the office, reducing to a minimum of 2–3 days per week. • Opportunity to work for a highly respected organisation. • Collaborative and supportive Cyber Security team. Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). Hybrid working with a minimum of 2–3 days per week in the Leatherhead office. During the initial onboarding period, you should expect to be in the office around 3 days per week to support training and integration with the team. Are you an experienced Cyber Security professional with hands-on experience of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform? Our client, a leading UK organisation, is seeking a Cyber Security Awareness & Operations Analyst to join their established Cyber Security team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine security awareness and cyber operations, playing a key role in strengthening the organisation's security culture whilst supporting the wider infrastructure team with cyber security operations. Approximately 50% of the role will focus on managing the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform, delivering targeted security awareness training, running phishing simulations and producing compliance reporting. The remaining time will involve supporting the Infrastructure Team by managing threat intelligence, responding to security incidents and reviewing alerts received from the Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC). This role offers hybrid working, with an expectation of three days per week in the Leatherhead office initially to integrate with the team, before moving to a minimum of 2–3 office days per week. Key Responsibilities • Manage and administer the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform. • Deliver engaging cyber security awareness training across the organisation. • Plan, manage and report on phishing simulation campaigns. • Produce compliance and security awareness reporting for stakeholders. • Monitor training completion and recommend improvements. • Support the Infrastructure Team with threat and risk intelligence from the Managed SOC. • Investigate and respond to security alerts and incidents. • Support vulnerability management and security remediation activities. • Assist with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel security operations. • Promote and enhance the organisation's cyber security culture. Essential Experience • Strong commercial experience administering the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform. • Experience delivering cyber security awareness programmes. • Experience managing phishing simulation campaigns. • Security awareness compliance reporting experience. • Microsoft Defender Suite. • Microsoft Sentinel. • Security Operations (SOC). • Incident Response. • Threat Intelligence. • Vulnerability Management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable Experience • ISO 27001. • Cyber Essentials. • Microsoft Intune. • Security awareness programme development. • Working with Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP/MSP). • Security governance and compliance.
