The post holder will: • Deliver ADHD and/or ASD assessments for children and young people. • Gather and interpret developmental, educational and clinical information. • Contribute to diagnostic formulation and multidisciplinary team discussions. • Recognise and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately. • Support neurodevelopmental pathways that are accessible, equitable and person-centred. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records. • Work within professional standards, governance requirements and safeguarding frameworks. • Support service development and quality improvement initiatives. • Work collaboratively with families, schools, GPs and healthcare professionals.
