CYP Manager Cambridge Hospital | Children Services | Fixed-Term Maternity Cover | Full time | Competitive - Depending on experience 37.5 hours per week We're here to help make Britain a healthier nation. You will also work within different specialist areas. • Be accountable for the operational and clinical management of the CYP service • Work collaboratively with consultants and a range of stakeholders to drive and develop the CYP service • Lead and manage a team of specialist nurses to deliver a bespoke service for our patients • Participate in the on-call rota • Promote innovation within the service to be responsive to service user needs. To succeed as a Children and Young Person's Manager you will; • Be NMC qualified and have extensive post registration experience in a children's ward setting • Have various levels of post-registration experience - and ideally EPALS, ILS or ALS skills or willingness to undertake further study. • Experience in Children's nursing with Adult nursing as an advantage • Experience of clinical leadership • Can work well individually and as part of a team • Can engage and build relationships with external stakeholder Helping you feel good.
