Data & AI Consultant - London (Hybrid) - Up to £50,000 - Permanent We're currently partnering with an organisation who are investing heavily in their Data & AI function. With the demanding growth of data-driven transformation, they need a talented Data & AI professional to help deliver innovative solutions for some of the world's largest and most recognised organisations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, helping clients to develop value through modern cloud and data platforms, advanced analytics and AI solutions. You'll join a cooperative team, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to solve complex challenges and creating an impact by delivering outcomes across a variety of sectors. The Role • Develop and maintain scalable data platforms and cloud-based solutions. • Design, build, and optimise data pipelines, data models and warehouse environments. • Analyse business requirements and identify effective data-driven approaches to solve problems. • Work with teams across the business to gather requirements and deliver data solutions that support decision-making. • Support the implementation of analytics, AI and machine learning capabilities where appropriate. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance, reliability and quality of data systems. • Provide technical input into the design and development of new data products and solutions. • Share knowledge and support the development of less experienced team members. • Keep up to date with new technologies, tools and best practices across data engineering, cloud, analytics and AI. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to enhance processes, standards and ways of working. Required Skills & Experience • Proven strong exposure to data analytics or engineering projects in a client-facing environment. • Strong understanding of data engineering, warehousing, modelling and architecture practices. • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience working with large and complex data sets. • hands-on experience building data pipelines and modern data platforms. • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into large data-driven solutions.
