You Will Work With • Delivering large-scale Data, Analytics and AI transformation programmes • Engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders to understand challenges and define solutions • Translating business requirements into practical data and technology strategies • Designing and implementing modern data platforms, pipelines and analytical solutions • Supporting the development of scalable cloud-based data ecosystems using Azure, AWS or GCP • Data strategy, operating models and transformation roadmaps • Data governance, data quality and wider data management initiatives • AI and machine learning use cases that support business growth and innovation • Programme governance, planning, risk management and delivery activities • Cross-functional teams including Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Analysts • Agile delivery methodologies and best practices • Business development, proposal support and client engagement activities • Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues where appropriate • Identifying opportunities to introduce innovative approaches, technologies and solutions Benefits • Salary up to £75,000 • Hybrid working model • Clear career progression opportunities • Ongoing training, certifications and professional development • Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes • Access to modern cloud, data and AI technologies • Opportunity to work across multiple sectors and industries • Collaborative and supportive culture • Competitive pension and benefits package • Flexible working environment Key Experience • Experience delivering Data, Analytics, AI or Digital Transformation initiatives • Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills • Experience in project, programme or transformation delivery environments • Understanding of data management, data governance and data quality concepts • Knowledge of analytics, reporting and AI solutions • Understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles • Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud technologies including Azure, AWS or GCP • Exposure to data pipelines, data warehouses and analytical ecosystems • Familiarity with SQL, Python or similar technologies used for data analysis and automation • Experience working within Agile delivery environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, data-driven solutions • Consulting, advisory or client-facing experience is highly beneficial Apply Now If you're looking to work on complex data and AI transformation programmes whilst developing your career within a growing and innovative team, we'd love to hear from you.
