Data & AI Product Owner £90,000 + Bonus - London (Hybrid Working, 3 days in office) We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation programme with substantial investment in Data, Analytics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence capabilities. Due to continued growth within its Data & AI function, the organisation is looking to hire a Data & AI Product Owner to help shape and deliver its roadmap for data-driven and AI-enabled products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team focused on leveraging data, analytics and Generative AI to improve operational efficiency and business decision-making. Working closely with business stakeholders, data professionals and technical delivery teams you will play a key role in defining product strategy, managing delivery backlogs and ensuring successful adoption of Data & AI solutions. This role would suit an experienced Product Owner who enjoys translating business requirements into tangible outcomes and driving innovation through modern data and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities. • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria. • Define and deliver Data & AI use cases, including analytics, automation and Generative AI solutions. • Collaborate with data, architecture and engineering teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and fit for purpose. • Support the development of data products, reporting capabilities and AI-enabled applications. Skills & Experience • Proven experience working as a Product Owner, Data Product Owner or Product Manager within a Data, Analytics, BI or AI environment. • Strong backlog management and prioritisation experience. • Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or AI-focused products. • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. • Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, Machine Learning or automation use cases. • Understanding of data modelling, semantic models, self-service analytics and data governance principles.
